Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.
Prepare Your Parcel
Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and dust bags included, then securely pack them in the original shipping box.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.
Processing and Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
